The Finalists have been chosen and on Friday, May 17th at On The Rocks (Jasper Ave, 118street) we will find out who is Edmonton’s best Karaoke singer.

We will have a preliminary round where all 12 finalists plus the “celebrity” karaokiers: Former Oiler Jason Strudwick, Edmonton Rush captain Jimmy Quinlan, Global anchor Shane Jones, Yukon Jack from 100.3 The Bear, Marc Majeau from TEAM 1260, Schoena Strudwick, owner of Yo Yo Mama and Jason Gregor from TEAM 1260, will sing a song.

The judges will then pick the top-five and those five will perform another song. All great Karaoke singers have more than one song.

The winner will get some great prizes, the title of King (or Queen) of Karaoke and they will perform with the band live that night at On The Rocks.

If you want to come and watch or support one of your friends then you can buy a ticket here. There are only 350 available and all of the proceeds from this event will go towards MS Research.

When: Friday May 17th, 2013. Have to be there by 7:15 p.m.
Why: Because everyone wants to be a rock star, and it is for charity.
Who: Edmonton’s 12 best Karaoke singers and a few celebrity guests.
Cost: $25, with 100% of proceeds going towards MS Bike Tour.
